Free ‘Virtues in Practice’ program for 4-14 year olds
The teaching Nashville Dominican order have made available for free their *Virtues in Practice* program which they use to teach the Virtues and Saints in their Catholic primary schools.
The program can be used in schools or by parents at home (they include a parent guide).
The program, divided into 3 levels for different age groups are available as downloadable pdf documents (these include the student workbooks). They have a 3 year cycle covering 27 virtues and 81 Saints who embodied these virtues and lived them out heroically.
The program contains the following: - Virtue of the month
-Saint of the month
- 3 year cycle, spiral curriculum
- classroom role plays and activities - monthly home projects (behaviour goals)
- student workbooks and parent guide

Science, religion and Catholic schools
